In my youth I had taken ballet and gymnastics. In middle age, I was also able to follow Michelle Lowe’s and Marguerite Portier’s Balletcise which I love, but no longer can do. I am so glad that I found your video: Inhale, Exhale, Stretch, and Move. While it is not as intense, it reminds me of the workouts I missed so much to classical music.
